In the case where you know your existing password and want to reset it to something new, press CTRL-ALT-DEL on your keyboard which will bring up the following screen. Click “Change a password”
You’ll be redirected to a Microsoft page that has you approve a sign in request using the Microsoft Authenticator you have on your phone. The number should match, and you’ll approve with your fingerprint or PIN depending on which method you chose previously.
Once you approve the sign in request, you’ll be presented with the “Change your password” dialogue box where you’ll enter the new password and confirm it.

In the case where you forgot your password or are locked out, please visit the following link to start the process:

Enter your Unithera e-mail and the captcha and hit “Next”
You’ll be given three choices: Use your alternate e-mail address, approve a notification on your authenticator app, or enter a code from your authenticator app:
Once approved you’ll be provided the “Change your password” dialogue box. Enter your new password and confirm it.

After the reset — quick checklist
- Sign back into Outlook, Teams, OneDrive and mobile mail apps and update saved passwords.
- Allow a few minutes for replication — if sign-in still fails after 10–15 minutes open a helpdesk ticket using our Information Technology SharePoint site linked below, sending us a message on Teams, or by calling one of us.
